Having coffee and writing notes - Suited To Business - Leadership Coaching Brisbane

Keep getting the same unfavourable results in your business? Maybe you should change how you do things before it's too late.

You may have heard the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. We all do this to an extent. The question is how soon, will you realise, how much you are doing it, before it’s too late.

By too late I’m referring to things such as burn out, employees leaving, sales dropping or just a feeling of wanting to give up.

Wanting to change, but don't know how to...

Ultimately, I think people do want to change, they just don’t know how to. I think as business owners it is easy to look outside of ourselves, rather than within.

From coaching many people over the years, I’ve found that it is not so much ‘what’ people are doing, but ‘how’ they are doing it that is stopping them from getting the results that they desire. For example, networking in the same way, having the same types of conversations, getting the same results.

It’s not just that you need a great brochure. A great brochure in itself won’t create more sales. How you present, talk about and utilize that brochure will.

Social media in of itself doesn’t create more sales. Knowing the psychology of people, how they think, trust and what makes them buy does.

Focus today not on ‘what’ to do, but ‘how’ to do it differently. Ask yourself this question this week:
‘What is one thing I can change about how I do x, y or z to create a different result?’
